Policy and Procedures

NO ALWAYS MEANS NO, this is not to be questioned. If someone has said no or asked you to stop doing something, you should do so immediately. Please use your common sense and respect others - no groping, touching or joining in with anyone unless you have permission to do so.

Excessive drinking whilst partying could lead to individuals making choices you wouldn’t normally make. If staff believe you are above an acceptable limit during or before you enter the party we can refuse to serve you at the bar, ask you to leave the party or refuse you entry.

If you have any cause for concern or a complaint to make about another attendee and / or the facilities, please report this immediately to a member of staff inorder to get the matter/situation rectified.

Anyone wishing to attend a Team Player Party must be 18+ years of age.

Party bookings need to be made in advance to avoid disappointment of being informed that the guest list is full on the day. Booking in advance also helps us to keep a good balance between single men, women and couples attending. Fundamentally this is to ensure you have an enjoyable experience. Please use the booking form on the on the guest list application page.

If you are unable to attend after making a booking please could you cancel your booking as the space can be given to someone else. Failure to do so can result in future attempts to book in being denied.

We retain the right to grant or deny entry as we run an exclusive invite only party for our members.

Cameras, video recording devices of any description are not allowed in the party. Phones must be switched off & not used anywhere in the party. If you are seen breaking these rules you will be asked to leave the party.

Whilst attending a Team Player Party you agree to abide by the rules stated above. Failure to do so my result in you being asked to leave the party and / or  have your membership permanently revoked. We reserve the right to change or amend these rules without notice.
